When it shows up, I believe you have to deal with it without draining yourself. Draw attention on a canvas in your Converse shoes and let's make a conversation out of it. I used to drown in my own thoughts but now I gracefully swim in them. I have enveloped myself in a bubble of possibilities and I hope you can see where I'm coming from. We can all make it and if you still have fears hiding inside of you, deal with it.
